Financial Advisory and Financial modelling services to the DBSA in relation to the refurbishing and upgrading of the bulk water supply infrastructure of two (2) Water Supply Schemes (“WSS”), Olifantspoort – 40 Ml/day and Ebenezer – 15 Ml/day, in order to reduce water services backlogs and meet the current and projected water needs of the areas supplied by the two (2) WSS until 2036. The Project is envisaged to be implemented in phases with an estimated Project value of R4.6 billion.
Responsible for financial modelling, engaging potential financiers, managing investor pre-qualification, preparing and reviewing bidding documents, Bid evaluation, and assisting with transaction closure.
