Study to determine the optimal financial solution for a range of possible technical alternatives to the development of bulk water treatment works, supply reticulation and storage associated with the new Springgrove Dam in Mooi River, KwaZulu Natal South Africa. Responsible for the development of an optimisation model to test a number of technical alternatives covering pipeline capacity, storage capacity, pump capacity and treatment works capacity to determine the most optimal financial solution to meet the forecast bulk water demand for the study area.
