Maynard has been appointed to update the Feasibility Study, providing financial advisory and financial modeling services to the University of Cape Town and Kovacs for the phased development of approximately 880 new university residence beds at 5 Pickwick Street. The project entails the development of a Feasibility Study comprising of a Needs and Options Analysis, Due Diligence, Value Assessment, Socio-Economic Assessment and Procurement Plan.
