Lead Transaction and Financial Advisor in relation to the provision of transaction advisory services for spatial solutions development opportunities within the ports and rail precincts, integrated to the national, provincial and local Government’s spatial development framework. Responsible for project management of a multi-disciplinary advisory team, the development of respective business cases, financial modelling and value chain analysis as well as procurement mechanisms and development of contractual structures and arrangements. The project involved preparing a feasibility assessment of the refurbishment of the Carlton Centre and Adderley Street building used as Transnet's office space.
