Financial Advisor in the advisory team appointed by TANROADS for Transaction Advisory services for the construction and operation of a toll road from Dar-Es-Salaam to Chalinze. Responsibilities include financial analysis, develop financial structure options and financing approach, preparation of risk matrix (risk identification and risk quantification) and risk analysis, develop PPP and PSC financial models, value assessment, prepare contingent liability model, assistance in preparation of tender documentation (RFQ/ RFP) and responsibility for negotiating the financial aspects during the procurement phase and provide financial advisory assistance in the facilitation of financial close.
