Financial Advisor as part of the team appointed by the Southern African Power Pool Coordination Centre (“SAPP CC”) to provide transaction advisory services for the establishment and construction of an approximately 400kV transmission line between Angola and Namibia. Responsibilities include undertaking a feasibility study including preparation of a pre-feasibility financial model and undertaking a financial analysis.
