Both Project Lead and Transaction Advisor to the Department of Foreign Affairs (now known as Department of International Relations and Cooperation) on the procurement of a suitable and sustainable working environment through a public private partnership. Responsible for preparation of feasibility study, preparation of financial model, preparation of procurement documents and PPP agreement and reparation of early works agreement. The assignment commenced in January 2004 with financial close achieved in March 2009. The department has taken occupation of the building.
