Appointed by the MOFTBE to provide technical assistance for the development of a Legal, Regulatory and Operational Framework for Public Private Partnerships. Responsibilities include undertaking a Needs Analysis including the assessment of sectoral infrastructure needs and development of a PPP Pipeline, Regulatory and Institutional Arrangements, draft PPP Manual, Standard Documents and Training Requirements.
