Project Manager and Financial Advisor to Rance Timber in the development of a 10MWe biomass power plant. Rance Timber were considering participating the in the Renewable Energy IPP Procurement Programme. The scope of work covered the completion of the feasibility study for the project, identification and appointment of a suitable EPC contractor, bidding for a power producing agreement, raising of the required project debt and equity financing and management of the project to financial close. Rance Timber decided not to participate in the Renewable Energy IPP Procurement Programme.
