Project Manager of Philani Valley shopping centre located in Y Section of Umlazi. The Philani Valley shopping centre will have 12050 m2 of lettable area as well as a Sasol fuel station and is anchored by a 3100m2 Spar and a 1500 m2 Build It. The centre opened for trading in July 2008 and is owned by SA Corporate Real Estate.
