Appointed as the Lead Financial Advisor to the Namibian Port Authority on the finance raising and deal structuring elements of the proposed strategic expansion of the Walvis Bay container terminal. The debt finance raising process included potential tranches of debt from development finance institutions, export credit agencies, commercial lenders and bond financiers.
