Govhani Student Accommodation (Pty) Ltd, is an emerging private developer of student accommodation and plans to develop a student village with 2,580 beds at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) Soshanguve Campus, to specifically cater for the NSFAS-funded student market, with a total investment of R754 million. The project is set to be completed by the 2027 academic intake. J Maynard has been appointed as the Financial Advisor, tasked with developing a financial model, investment teaser, and a Project Information Memorandum for lenders.
