Appointed by GTAC to undertake an assessment of NHFC’s proposed investment into International Housing Solutions second housing equity fund and associated financing structure offer from KfW. Responsibilities included, project management of the advisory team, comprehensive analysis and review of the proposed transactions, review of financial models prepared by the J Maynard team; preparation of a risk matrix and risk analysis, scenario analysis and contingent liability assessment.
