Transaction Advisor, Project Manager and Financial Advisor to the Department of Water & Sanitation for the Feasibility Study and procurement of its head office accommodation facilities as a possible Public Private Partnership. Responsible for the preparation of a comprehensive feasibility study demonstrating affordability and value for money, if the Department implements procurement via PPP, J Maynard will be responsible for leading the feasibility study and procurement phase deliverables up to TA:III and financial close.
