Provision of investment advisory services in relation to the development of a 103 GWh renewable project comprising of a combination of hydropower and solar power wheeled through the national grid, via a sub-franchising and Commercial & Industrial trading model. Responsible for leading and coordinating the project development activities up to financial close, such activities include undertaking a project due diligence, preparation of an investment case, negotiation and execution of a joint development agreement, reporting to the fund investment committees as required.
