J Maynard has been appointed to establish the Implementation Authority Office (IAO) and co-ordinate the running of this office until such a time that suitably skilled individuals can be identified to assume responsibility for the running of the office. Responsible for establishment and management of the IAO, implementation of the procurement programmes and providing administrative support in relation to the programmes.
