Lead Transaction Advisor in relation to the development of feasibility studies for four selected institutions comprising of the university of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Tshwane University of Technology, Gert Sibande TVET and Majuba TVET as part of the DHET, DBSA and National Treasury’s Student Housing Infrastructure Programme (SHIP) to accelerate and expand the development of undergraduate student housing at the 26 public universities and 50 TVET colleges in South Africa.
