Transactional, Advisor, Project Manager and Financial Advisor to the National Archives to produce a comprehensive feasibility study report for the design and construction of the new purpose built National Archives Building and the upgrading of the current building in line with the same specification for the new building. The feasibility study must enable the Department to determine the full life cycle project costs, affordability limit, identification of all risks and their costs, recommendations with regards to allocation of each risk and Optimal value for money methods of delivery.
