The Department of Energy engaged the IPP Office to conclude the documentation in relation to the IPP Peaking Power Programme.
J Maynard was appointed as programme manager and financial advisor to conclude the IPP Peaking Power Programme, including without limitation:
• completion of contingent fiscal liability report to National Treasury;
• finalisation of the financing documents with Department of Energy, Eskom the project lenders;
• fulifilment of conditions precedent to the financing documents.
