The Department of Energy engaged the IPP Office to prepare the Gas Utilisation Master Plan (“GUMP”) for South Africa.
J Maynard was appointed as project manager to co-ordinate the preparation of the GUMP, from appointment of consultants through to the preparation of final draft of the GUMP.
