Lead Transaction Advisor to the Department of Defence on the procurement of a suitable and sustainable working environment for its headquarters and naval mess (accommodation and related services) through a public private partnership. Responsible for the project management, financial and risk aspects of the project. The assignment commenced in February 2009. On completion of the Feasibility Study in 2010 the Department of Defence suspended the project pending resolution of affordability constraints.
