Technical Advisor to the Department of Public Works for the Department of Basic Education new head office PPP. Lead technical advisor to the Department for the procurement, negotiations and development phases of the new head office building. The 35 000m2 building is now operational with 1000 staff relocated and retained as technical support to the Department for the operational period.
