Development of an Order of Magnitude cost estimator and modelling tool for the Student Housing Infrastructure Programme for the Department of Higher Education and Training. Responsible for reviewing of the existing order of magnitude tool and update thereof. Development of an order of magnitude estimator tool for student housing that includes brownfields sites. Preparation of training material for using the order of magnitude tool, conduct a training session as well as provide updates to the tool as required on a quarterly and annual basis.
