Financial Advisor for the Air Mauritius head office from Port Louis to the SSR International Airport including a detailed building & staff accommodation survey, an in-depth analysis towards establishing the status quo, and the determination of the airlines future needs in terms of synergistic functional workspaces. Responsibilities include, carrying out detailed building studies (including the production of architectural drawings), preparing a Status Quo and Needs Analysis report, carrying out an Options Analysis for the establishment of future solutions for implementation, carrying out a Due Diligence and Value Assessment for the preferred options, and compiling an Implementation and Procurement Plan. Sharnell was responsible for undertaking the Financial Modelling and Value Assessment aspects of the project.
